I found Stephanie to be extremely professional and knowledgeable, totally committed to the process with us personally, willing to go the extra step to work with what were not easy requirements for renting a house that we had. She was extremely persistent in helping us and at each step I knew that  she had us in mind and cared personally about our situation and needs.
